I've always enjoyed the outdoors, particularly distant spots far from civilization. I can sometimes sit for hours on the branch of a tree, the edge of a cliff or along a river bank just taking in the nature around me. I suppose that's why most of my photography is nature photography. I don't care if people like my photography or not. If I like it, that's all that matters.

The picture at right was taken with my first SLR, a Petri V6, in the early 1970s. I don't recall what lens was used but it was probably a 55mm f/1.8.

You will also find some low quality images, as well as pourly scanned images. These will be replaced as I work out better scans and take better pictures. Being a better photographer is a constant learning and experimental stage, so bear with me.
