Konica As with nearly any camera company, Konica accessories included lens hoods and caps, body caps, camera cases and bags, eyecups, eyesight correction diopters, cable releases, flash attachments, extension rings, filters and a variety of other accessories. Some of the more major accessories are listed below. |

Konica Accessory Clip II: Also known as a Cold Shoe. This attaches to the eyepiece assembly for attaching a flashgun or electronic flash to cameras that do not have a hot shoe. The flash is then connected via a cord to the M or X terminal on the camera body.

Konica Microscope Adapter 2: This adapter (pictured at right) makes it possible to take microphotographic pictures with only the object and eyepiece lenses of a microscope. While looking through the camera finder, it is possible to check the field of view and whether or not the lens is accurately focused and to take pictures while the subject is being observed. Konica Magnifier: This is a magnifer/loupe that attaches to the eyepiece assembly of the camera and is designed to blow up for viewing the image which appears at the center of the finder. This allows for accurate focusing in close-up, copying, telephoto and microscope photography. Konica Filters: There were at least fifteen filters that carried the Konica name. These are UV (ultra-violet), Y 1 (light yellow), Y 2 (yellow), Y 3 (dark yellow), O 1 (orange), R 1 (red), PO 0 (Yellowish Green), ND 2 (light gray), ND 4 (gray), ND 8 (darg gray), Skylight, A 2 (light amber), B 2 (light blue), B 8 (blue), and B 12 (dark blue). Konica Eyesight Adjustment Lenses: Konica eyepiece correction lenses came in six types: +3, +2, +1, -1, -2, and -3. |

Konica Lens Mount Adapter: Konica made at least four lens mount adapters, for mounting other lenses on Konica AR mounts. One was for mounting older Konica lenses on the new AR mount. Others are adapters for Exakta, Praktica & Pentax screw mount, and for Nikon.

Konica Reverse Adapter: For reversing a lens which has a filter screw of 55mm on a Konica body for use in macro photography. |

Konica Bellows & Slide Copier: I believe Konica had three or four versions of their bellows, pictured here with the Konica Slide Copier. I've found referrence to an Auto Bellows, Auto Bellows 2, and Standard Bellows 3. These allowed magnification up to 3.6X life size. Konica Slide Copier Adapter: Required for reverse photography with slide copier and used with a reverse adapter. Konica Focusing Rail: For use with the Standard Bellows 3 with the Konica Macro Stand. |
Konica Macro Stand: Pictured at top of page, in the lower right hand corner. For use with bellows, this positions subject absolutely parallel with camera and lens. Stage has 18% grey reflectance.
Konica Copy Stand: Pictured at top of page. Stage has 18% grey reflectance.
Konica 57mm f/1.2 Bellows Adapter: Allows reverse photography and slide copying with a 57mm f/1.2 lens and reverse adapter.
Konica Auto Helicoid: Made for use with the Hexanon 105mm f/4 macro lens to give 0.2X magnification, this helicoid can also be used with 35 to 135mm lenses for close-up photography.
Konica Angle-Magnifinder: This is an angled magnifier that attaches to the eyepiece assembly for viewing through the viewfinder from above the camera. There is also a lever which when engaged will magnify the image in the center of the viewfinder two-fold.
Konica Extension Ring 3: A set of extension rings consisting of camera base ring, lens base ring, reversing adapter, and extension rings of 8, 16, and 24mm in length.
Konica Attachment/Close-Up Lens: This is a close-up lens that screws in like a filter to allow closer focusing. They fit 55mm threads and came in a No. 1, for 25 to 12 1/2 inches, and a No. 2, for 14 to 11 inches.
Konica Radio Control Set: Allows an electronic signal to operate a camera from a distance. Designed for the FS-1 camera, I believe it also works with the FT-1 Motor camera body.
Konica Cable Switch: An electronic cable release for use with the FS-1 and FT-1 cameras.
Konica Remote Control Switch: An electronic cable release with a length of five meters.
Konica Interval Timer: Allows the camera to take pictures at fixed intervals of time.
Konica Remote Battery Pack: With a cord of 1.5 meters in length, this allows the battery pack to stored in a pocket while still supplying power to the camera. Designed for use with the FS-1.
