Frequently Asked Questions

The question I'm asked more than any other is, "Where can I get an owner's manual for my Konica camera?"

Answer: There are a few possible sources. First of all, I'd check out Photography Blue Book to see if one for the camera you are looking for is available free. Go to this page and click on Konica cameras or lenses and you'll find a link to the free manuals page. The Ebay auction site is also a source for manuals. Do a search for Konica or Konica Manuals. There are also two sites that I know of where manuals can be purchased, Manuals 2 Go and ManualsRus.com. Manuals for Nikon and other cameras can also be found on these sites.

The second most asked question is, "Where can I have my Konica camera or lens repaired or serviced?"

Answer: Not only can you have repair or service work done, but equipment can also be purchased from Greg Weber. Greg is an authorized Konica dealer and stocks over a thousand lenses and several hundred Konica bodies, rangefinders and Koni-Omega's as well as SLRs. Greg can be contacted as follows:

Where can I find information or help concerning my Konica or Nikon camera and lenses?

Answer: Other than this site, there are some very good groups at Yahoo where you can find information, ask questions or just communicate with people who have similar equipment. Some of these groups are as follow, but many others are available.

Groups I belong to or have started, where one can discuss cameras and equipment are:
Konica SLR Group
Nikon Manual Focus Group
Nikon Consumer SLR Group
Nikon FM3A Group
Nikon F100 Group

The Konica User's Page is a great source of information, and you can find Nikon information at Photography in Malaysia. Often you can also find information by doing an internet search for a specific camera body or lens.
